Autumn/Halloween Superdrug Haul
DISCLAIMER - I don't think anyone needs as much makeup/skincare etc as I have. I didn't have as much before I started blogging and if I wasn't blogging I'd have a lot less. I do, however, use all of my makeup and anything that doesn't work for me or I'm not that interested in I pass on to family/friends. The items in this haul were not all purchased in one go and some of them are actually early Christmas presents. If you don't like hauls you should probably try a different post.
Okay so now that we've got that out of the way lets get on with the interesting stuff shall we?! I picked up a bunch of stuff from superdrug.com lately, a lot of it for Halloween makeup looks, and I thought I'd share it with you all.
I did get a few bits that weren't makeup related so I'll get those out of the way first. I picked up three of the Superdrug Papaya Hair Treatments that I love to have in for pamper nights. These actually turned out to be a great bargain as they are only 49p and were on a 3 for 2, plus I got a free Carmex Lip Balm Duo which had a 25% carmex in-store voucher attached! Unfortunately that offer just ended but I did tweet about it at the time! The other thing was another free gift which was a little handbag or purse tassel, this came with the current 3 for 2 on selected makeup so be sure to check that out if you're planning on picking up some makeup soon!
Next MUA brought out a bunch of new highlighters so I picked up some of those and I also got a few of the Halloween bits from them, The first order I put in also came with a free MUA Luxe Set & Reflect Finishing Kit in White Gold. That one included two MUA Velvet Matte Metallic Lip Lacquers in Medusa and Hades which are usually £3.00 each but were on a 2 for £5.00 offer and two MUA Shimmer Highlighting Powders in Black Magic and Aqua Shine at £3.00 each. All of these I thought would be great fro the two Halloween looks I want tor create! On the current 3 for 2 offer I picked up two of the new MUA Luxe Light Lustre Duos in Lavish and Splendour - £5.00 each, and one of the new MUA Prism Jelly Highlight Trios in Spark - also £5.00 - which I am super excited to try! I also got the MUA Tropical Oceana Eyeshadow Palette to use in my mermaid Halloween look, this is £8.00.
The last few things are the bits from Makeup Revolution. I got three Halloween bits - the Ghost Lights Highlighter £3.00, the Ghost Sculpt Duo £4.00 and the Halloween Ghost White Foundation Whitener £3,00. Finally, as early Christmas presents I FINALLY got my hands on the Soph x Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette £10.00 and the I Heart Makeup Rose Gold Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette £8.99.
