Top Tips To Healthier Skin

Today's post is all about how to get your skin looking and feeling as healthy as possible so here are my top tips to get healthier skin!
- Drink water, lots and lots of water!
- Find an SPF that works for you and use it EVERYDAY. Yes, even when it's raining.
- Wash your makeup brushes regularly
- Don't put off laundry day, wash your pillowcases regularly
- Make sure you're getting enough sleep!
- Exfoliate! Some of my favorite exfoliating scrubs are the Simple Kind To Skin Facial Scrub, the Soap & Glory Scrub Your Nose In It Pore Refining Facial Scrub and any Tea Tree Exfoliating Scrub as they are also antibacterial. The LUSH scrubs are also really good and have loads of great ingredients!
- Use Tea Tree products, as I mention before tea tree products are antibacterial so are really helpful if you suffer with bad breakouts.
- Find a face mask, or a few face masks, that work for you and use them. I do a face mask at least once a week, usually more often.
- Don't neglect your neck and chest when it comes to moisturizers and SPF!
- Always remember to remove your makeup before bed, even if its after a night out and you cant be bothered, just take it off quickly with a few face wipes!
- Use a roll on under your eyes in the morning if you find that you suffer with puffiness.
- Don't forget to moisturize!
- Try to keep your hands off your face as much as possible during the day and wash your hands first before using them to apply products!
- Have a day or a few days off a week from wearing a full face of makeup, let your skin breathe!
