If you follow me on Twitter or Insta then you will already know that I recently ran a poll as to which beauty subscription you guys would most like to see me review on this blog and the resounding answer was Love Me Beauty. I ordered my first bag late in May so didn't have much left to chose from but I was still VERY happy with what I got and don't worry for the June edit I ordered first thing in the morning and I spent a bunch of add on credits too so there will be plenty to review for you guys later this month! So, here goes, my very first Love Me Beauty review.
The first thing I got was this full size Eco Tools Full Powder Brush. I've never actually tried Eco Tools brushes before so I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to test one out and I am SO glad I did. This brush is so big and soft. Its great for powdering your whole face and its also perfect to use with bronzer when you are adding a bit of warmth to your face. I LOVE it and I am absolutely going to get more! I definitely recommend picking up some of the Eco Tools brushes if you haven't already. Available now from Boots and Superdrug for £8.99.

Next up is this Make Up Forever Ultra HD Loose Powder. I've heard a lot about this powder but could never justify buying the full size product when there are so many cheaper alternatives, after all I am very much a drugstore beauty kind of girl. It is very lightweight and has a silky texture but it does have quite bad flashback if used for baking. Personally it's not my favorite and powder just isn't something I'd spend that much money on. I'll use this sample up but wouldn't repurchase. I'll be sticking with my trusty RCMA No Color Powder. If you do want to try it though, its available now from Debenhams for £24.50. You can also get RCMA No Color Powder from Beauty Bay for £12.00.

I was REALLY excited to get my hands on the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in this bag, I've tried it before but haven't actually owned it until now. I am obsessed with this liner! the brush tip makes applying your liquid liner SO easy and it really does stand the test of time. I actually loved it so much I ordered another in my June bag with my add on credits and I'm going to purchase a full size! Definitely worth the hype and the money. I'd especially recommend to anyone who, like me, has trouble with getting a precise line and wing as it really does make it so much easier. Available now from Debenhams for £16.00.

Finally in this months bag I got six Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Kiss Pockets. I have always wanted to try the Matte Revolution Lipsticks as I am a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury products, my favorites being her Color Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencils, and I thought these little kiss pockets were a really cute way to test them out! They are really lightweight, creamy lipsticks. I wouldn't say they last all that well but then again I only had a small, press on sample. These lipsticks are available from the Charlotte Tilbury website now for £24.00 each.
Overall I was really happy with the items I received and I'm really looking forward to my June bag arriving! Can we also take a second for how cute the little bags are that your items come in?! My favorite thing about Love Me Beauty though, has to be, the fact that you can chose what you get so you know your always getting the products from the edit that you want to try out the most. I deifinitely recommend you guys go check it out!
